U-POL David's ISOPON P40 Fibreglass Repair Paste is a high-strength, two-component polyester repair compound designed for bridging holes and repairing damaged surfaces affected by rust and corrosion.
Reinforced with glass fibre strands, this professional-quality filler provides excellent mechanical strength, adhesion and durability. Once cured, it forms a hard, water-resistant repair that can be sanded, shaped and overpainted.
Ideal for automotive body repairs, fibreglass restoration, marine maintenance and industrial applications, ISOPON P40 is particularly useful where conventional body fillers may not provide sufficient strength.

Remove dirt, grease and surface contamination.
Abrade using P80 grit abrasive paper.
Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application.
Original Painted Surfaces
Suitable for compatible original paint finishes, excluding thermoplastic acrylic coatings.
Degrease thoroughly.
Abrade using P180 grit abrasive paper.
GRP / Fibreglass
Clean and degrease the surface.
Abrade using P80 grit abrasive paper.
Remove sanding dust before applying the repair compound.

Clean and degrease the repair area thoroughly.
Abrade the surface using the recommended abrasive grade.
Mix the required amount of repair paste with the appropriate hardener according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Apply the mixed compound to the prepared surface, building up the repair as required.
Allow the material to cure completely.
Sand and shape the repaired area before applying suitable finishing materials and paint.
