The U-POL David’s Isopon P38 & P40 Body Repair Kit provides a practical combination of body repair materials for filling holes, imperfections and damaged vehicle body panels. The kit combines P38 Easy Sand Polyester Body Filler, P40 Glass Fibre Repair Paste, Isopon BPO Hardener and a 3-piece applicator set.

U-POL Isopon P38 Easy Sand – 250ml

P38 is a two-component polyester body filler developed for filling holes and surface imperfections. It combines effective filling properties with smooth and easy sanding.

• Suitable for bare metal, original paint surfaces and GRP
• Professional-quality filling compound
• Easy to apply and sand
• Sandable after approximately 20 minutes at 20°C
• Can be over-painted with most paint systems, including 2K
• Bare metal and GRP should be degreased and abraded with P80
• Original paint surfaces should be degreased and abraded with P180
• Not suitable for thermoplastic acrylic paint surfaces

U-POL Isopon P40 Glass Fibre Repair Paste – 250ml

P40 is a strong 2K polyester bridging compound reinforced with glass fibre, designed for repairing damaged vehicle body panels.

• Fibreglass-reinforced formula
• Waterproof
• Tough and durable
• Suitable for bare steel and original paint surfaces
• Can be sanded and shaped as required
• Can be covered with standard polyester body filler
• Can be over-painted directly
