K2 Lamp Doctor L30501 is a polishing compound designed to restore the clarity and appearance of worn, scratched, cloudy and yellowed automotive light lenses. It can be applied by hand or with a polishing machine/drill, making it suitable for both DIY and professional detailing.
The polishing paste helps remove scratches, haze, cloudiness, discoloration and yellowing, restoring a smoother, clearer and brighter lens surface. Suitable not only for headlights but also for taillights, fog lights, boat lights and compatible camper or aircraft windows.

How to Use – Hand Polishing
- Clean and degrease the surface before application.
- Apply the paste using a sponge or microfibre cloth.
- Polish until cloudiness disappears and the surface becomes smooth.
- Buff dry with a clean microfibre cloth.
How to Use – Machine Polishing
- Protect painted surfaces around the headlight with masking tape.
- For heavily worn lenses, severe defects can first be treated with 2000–3000 grit sandpaper.
- Clean and degrease the lens.
- Apply a small amount of polish to the foam polishing pad.
- Start polishing at approximately 600 RPM, then increase to approximately 1200 RPM.
- Continue until the cloudy appearance is removed.
- Buff the lens dry with a clean microfibre cloth.
